is NOT responsible for Harm done to yourself, others or your personal equipment
with our products. All pictures shown on our site are copyright under Sharp
Concepts and NOT to be used without our written consent. Any and ALL references
to Fender, Gibson, ESP, Epiphone etc. are just that and only references. We
customize our own product and not that of said vendors and take NO responsibility
for their work and product.
Sharp Concepts will offer warranties for all of our product to include lifetime
polishing, mods and finishing due to scratches etc. We do NOT warranty any product
that is rushed for shipment as our policy is time is of no concern to use for
the manner of custom work. We will not and do not work around GIGS. Custom Artwork with our quality cannot be achieved
without sufficient time.
Sharp Concepts takes no responsibility for damage done to your product during
shipment to or from us. Guitars should be insured (only upon additional
charges and request by consumer) .
Products received by any customer that seem to be not fabricated to your exact
needs WILL be replaced at our cost. If the design was own fault of said customer
then warranty is void.
All templates sent to us should be designed to exactly what you are requesting
as we fabricate your new product perfectly. If your template is wrong then Sharp
Concepts does not take any responsibility for this.

Security.
We know customers are concerned about credit card security. We use one of the
worlds largest funds transfer agencies - PayPal.
If you choose to use a PayPal account, your personal credit card information will not be given to Sharp Concepts.
To return a product at Sharp Concepts, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at sales@sharp-concepts.com, or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA#.

In general, Sharp Concepts accepts returns on merchandise from select consumers within 14 days. However, Sharp Concepts reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 20 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 20 days, re-fabrication will not be granted and product will be returned to you + additional shipping charges.
Returns within 20 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement or in store credit at Sharp Concepts discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.
If said purchased product was delivered to the consumer as ordered for a specific guitar (i.e. pickguard), then Sharp Concepts reserves the right to not honoring a refund due to the standard set in place for a Custom one-off product. ALL sales are final unless Sharp Concepts decides to honor a return refund.
A product that was purchased as a custom, Ebay Item, Specials Item (Sharp Concepts) or any other type of auction MUST be accompanied with an RMA and authorized statement by Sharp Concepts as these items are "All Sales Final" products.
If you purchase a custom product from Sharp Concepts please be sure that we have all your given information. We will not honor a re-fabrication of your custom product if we are given wrong information or you simply order the wrong item. Custom products can not be made in a manufacturing state and cost the seller a tremendous amount of money. If you receive a custom product and are not happy with it we will re-fabricate a new product for you at a discount once the item we shipped is returned in perfect shape.

Concepts provides an 'offline'
order form which can be printed and mailed to us with a check, or faxed to us

All purchase
information is encrypted (changed into meaningless data that cannot be read
by anyone without the encryption key) before it is transferred to our Secure
Server. As well as being encrypted, your details are also protected by other

When paying via credit card online, your transaction will re-directed to our
merchant service provider. All merchant service providers use secure processing
servers, so your credit card information will never be seen by anyone but YOU

as this information is not processed by Sharp Concepts.

by double clicking on the padlock or key, or by right clicking anywhere on the

Your details are only kept on the Secure Server for as long as necessary to
process your order, usually a few hours. We download the encrypted data to our
own computers, where it is decrypted, printed out and then deleted from our
computer. These printouts are stored under lock and key in accordance with sound
business practices. Your credit card details are not stored on any computer
that is permanently connected to the Internet.

Orders are shipped immediately upon completion. Insurance will only be added if consumer requests this service (additional costs are required).
Tracking your order:
All orders are designated a tracking number via USPS and may be tracked to make certain the merchandise has been received. Due to Paypal orders we are required to add this service.
